I guess I've been doing it all wrong...

I unfortunately took advice from Kramer and have been putting him to sleep in our dresser.  So glad I found the correct instructions!  Thanks Johnny for clueing me in!
I was cracking up with this one!
Whoops, you see this Onehm?
This actually looks like a good time, I'm sure the baby would catch on.
I've been "Caught" doing this every day of Toms life.
I know way too many dad's that think this is appropriate!
I love how the illustration of the dad is totally cheering him on.  Crackin me up!
Whoops again.  Hee, Hee!  At least they aren't saying anything about Benedryl or Tylenol.
How often does this happen?  Maybe not with the poop but with anything else on their faces.  I always take the bottom of my shirt and wipe things off his face.  Wonder where the kids get that from?
Again, I think eventually the baby would catch on.
The little arm hanging out is a crack up.

I just had to post these, they made my morning a little brighter!  Thanks Johnny!
Have a great day!

A Day in The Life...

Tuesday was a very eventful day!  Here are a few of the highlight's...
Toms found my bike chain in the back yard while playing with Province.  She comes over on Tuesday's to play with us for a little bit and Toms LOVES it!
He was such a greasy mess!
What a dirty little boy!  But he thought it was hilarious, good thing we were able to take a bath shortly after.  Check out those hands, gross!
Province knew Tommy was in trouble!  What a great "Oh No!" face!
But how can you be upset at someone so cute?
Around 2:00 I went to get my haircut and Darcy at Hair-Do, curled it up for me when she was styling it.  She uses THIS curling stick from Tigi.  It rocks the curls on long hair!  I soooo need to have one!  It's the easiest thing to use and your hair really holds the curls.  Pardon the no makeup day.  I'm really going out on a limb posting that picture.
Don't look too close, Hee, Hee!
Later that evening, Hope a.k.a. YaYa invited us over for pizza and Rock Band with Spencer, Tiff, Seth, Tessa, Lissa, Dan & Camden.  It was such a blast, I Rocked the mic and had so much fun trying to learn the drums.  Dan is quite the master guitar player, getting 100% more then once.  I'm not so good at the guitar, but am always up for the vocals!  Again, I was not expecting any pictures to be taken so I didn't bother putting make-up on, thus the reason I'm trying not to look at the camera.  By this time of night I really wasn't looking pretty, but, what are you going to do?
Spencer was hilarious playing the vocals and the base.  Go Spence, so very multi-talented, he looked a little silly with the mic stuffed up his shirt but we haven't invested in a mic stand yet.  I'm sure it's coming soon, til then this is how you need to do it.
I am loving Tommy's facial expressions!  A regular Slash!
Toms was seriously jammin' out on the drums!  Thanks YaYa for hosting such a fun evening!
Ready to Crash!  It's been a very busy day!
I still was able to get a little time in for me to make a new LO!  I used a kit from Tangie's store that will be released early next week.  It's called "The Bounding Main".  Everything in this Lay Out is from that kit.  Get it while it's hot!  Go HERE for Credits!
Thanks, & Have A Wonderful Day!

Finally!

I totally forgot that I was going to give a gift out to someone that commented on my "Blogs Birthday" Post.  So I've been thinking about it and I think I am going to give EVERYONE a little something for leaving me a little love!  I really do love it when I receive comments from all of you onlookers so as a little Thank You and incentive to comment again on future posting's I'll reward all of you!  I'm not sure what I am going to give yet, I may even let you {the commenter's} pick.  Maybe a cute piece of jewelry that I've made or a binkie clip if you have the need for one.  I'm not sure.  Any suggestions?  I'm all for feedback in this area!  Let me know what you have done on your blogs before or maybe what you have received from others blogs.  Thanks for your patience in the matter!

 Thanks ladies, you rock!

It's been over a week...

that Toms has been sleeping in his own bed!  Yeah for me!  I just decided it needed to happen and it's been great!  The first night I sat in the room with him just quietly rocking in the chair while he cried for about 45 minutes.  He finally nodded off and I crept out of the room.  He woke up a few times in the night crying, but I just let him cry himself back to sleep, it was only about 10 minutes every time.  So each night I take him into the bedroom and lay him in his crib and sit in the chair for a bit until he falls asleep.  After about the second night of this he started to calm right down and go to sleep within only a few minutes.  It's so great!  One morning he didn't even wake up until 10 or so!  Whoo hoo!  I'm so happy that I have found the strength within me to let him go a little bit.  I am getting such a great nights rest, I can't even tell you!  He is becoming more independent from the whole thing as well.  The other morning after I dressed him and got him ready for the day he wanted to play in his room.  Usually he only wants to be in their if I am in there.  This time I put him down and he looked up at me and said "Bye!".  It was great!  I went into my bedroom to get myself ready and he stayed back and played with his toys.
He's such a sweetheart, I just love that boy!

He's getting close! Yeah right!

Monday's Makeover's On Tuesday

This is a guest book that I made for one of my dearest girlfriends.  We have kind off lost touch for the past three years or so but when I found out she was getting married I was so excited for her.  I offered to make her sign in book for their reception.  This is the final product.  I paper scrapped the outside {Shown Above} and Digi Scrapped the inside pages.  I loved it, here is just one of the pages that I made {Shown Below}.  Congratulations, Mary & Matt!
I turned this frame {Above} into this {Below}, I obviously had two of them.
I made one of these for Molly, Tangie, Ali and Becky {Their Mom}.  It's a flower from their Dad's Funeral.  I was able to save some flowers from the arrangement on the casket and wanted to make them into something that they could treasure forever.
This is how they turned out {Above}.  I also lost my Father a few years back and know how hard that day was for me.  Molly has become like a sister to me and I was so happy to be able to do something for them that they can have to help remember their dad.  You girls are amazing and I'm so privileged to be such great friends with each of you!  XXXOOO
Some new mirrors I've hung in my hallway.  A Christmas present.
I have had this message board in my hallway for awhile but it needed a little something more.  So I found this fun fabric at Joann's and added some cute ribbons I had around the house.  This was the result.  I now love my message board hanging in my hallway.  I forgot to take a before picture.  Sorry, but you get the idea.
Wow, that was a lot of new stuff!  I've been saving up, sorry but the Monday Makeover's don't seem to be working for me.  Maybe someday I'll get myself together to have a makeover project every week, but I don't see it happening any time soon.
Enjoy!

Just Me!

And another one!

Go HERE for you know what, credits.

On the Phone, Yeah...

Here's one more page.  Toms loves playing with the phone.  Usually it's our cell phone's that he prefers.  This is a good distraction from those.

Credits are HERE!

Ready for all this?

Last week there was a lot going on, and for whatever reason I haven't blogged about it until now.  So sorry about the mass of pictures and memories but here it all goes...
Clark was staying with us last weekend while his parents were out of town, so on Friday night we invited a couple of the Dale boys to come and have a spend the night with him.  I could tell he was a little homesick and needed some friends to help keep his mind off of it.  When they all climbed into bed Tommy wanted to join the fun too.  He plopped himself right down in between those boys and pulled the covers up over him, like "Alright guys what's next?".
Toms was loving the swing at Granny & Papa's house.  I love his little toes sticking up here,
and here.
Last Saturday Afternoon my Mother-In-Law took most of the little kids to see the Hannah Montana Movie.  Toms & I joined them for a very exciting time!
The boys think Hannah Montana is cute!
He loves to copy Daddy!
Crashing on the couch
He loves making a mess...
"Who ME?"
Yeah, Spaghetti is always a favorite!
You may recognize this picture from the video.
Here are my boys all dressed and ready for church.
His new thing is banging his head against the floor when he's mad at me or when he's throwing a fit.  You can see how red his forehead is.  What a pill!

Wow, that was a lot of short posts all combined into one.  {Deep Breath}

Enjoy!
