It's Boutique Season

Crafting Goodness

I've been a busy a little bee working on lots of fun new items to sell and also a few things to teach in my classes at Blissful Living.

Check it all out.

First up, a fun new Mobile to hang over Lola's crib. I plan on making a smaller version of this to teach a class for. This is so whimsical and fun to look at, I just love the way it turned out.

Next Up...

I made this cute message board for my MIL's birthday last month. It a very simple concept and can be custom made with any colors one would like. I think this may be a class also. Practical and cute!

I've also been working on a few new jewelry pieces. These necklaces are my favorite. This will also be a class, hopefully I'll get my schedule up within the next week or so at the Studio. These are very fun and easy to make with any combination of colors you may like. I've made necklaces, broaches, cuff's and hair accessories with these. Such cuteness. I'm working on a few fall looking ones for the Holidays. I can't wait for the season to change!

Catching up

So here's some fun photo's {a little random} to help catch everyone up on everything we've been up to.  Most of the pictures have captions near them, so look on to get the update's.

I've had so many random projects to do, and I'm so glad they are all finished.  Now I get to take a few months break from that kind off work.

Again, a little random, but lots of fun and silly things this kid has been doing.

Mostly pics from this past weekend and week.  We've been busy at work to get this house in order.  I'm sure Tyler will be so glad once this baby comes and I relax a bit.  Because he's been working his tail off around the house for me.  Love you Babe!!!!

Then FINALLY, a new picture of the Nursery.  Again showing Tyler working on something.  This is just one more sneak peek.  The closet is basically done, that's why I decided to show that part of the room off.  I'm still working on the changing table area and above the crib.  But can I just say how much I love this room?!?!  ..............................I LOVE this room!

Tonight is my shower and I am so excited for it. It started off just being a 

friends shower put on by Molly & Ashley. Then my sister asked if our side 

of the family could be added to it. THEN... my MIL asked if we could just add 

their side of the family too. WOW! It's gonna be a little bit bigger then we 

had originally planned but hey, the more the merrier, right! I can't wait to get 

all the fun NEW girly things.  

Anyway, have a wonderful day and hopefully it won't be too much longer 

before I update again. But I can see me taking a bit of a break from here on 

out. We'll see.

My To Do List

I've got a list that goes on FOREVER of things I'd like to get done before this sweet baby comes, so I've been working on checking all the random little things off.

Here's what I've done so far.

Organize my Junk Drawer in the Kitchen:

Organize and clean the Kitchen Cabinets:

Make this cute floral arrangement out of stuff I already had {just wanted to get it done, one of those things that have been on the list forever!}:

Vacuum all the little nooks and cranny's around the house, including:

• laundry room floors and in between the washer & dryer
• cleaning closet floors
• pantry floor
• front entryway closet
• cabinets
• fireplace
• front entryway

I've also been working on gathering all the random stuff we don't need anymore to have a little "Friends" yard sale.  I've actually got a lot of stuff so hopefully I'll be having everyone over to dig through it all soon.

There are actually 4 of these chairs, and 2 arm chairs.

I have a lot of random purses, here are just a few.

Lots of home decor, including this vintage poster.

These are lamp shades and some pillow covers.  Each brand new, they never worked for what I wanted them to.  Also a lot of fun clocks.

This is a pic of a lot of the stuff I've been gathering.  I also have a whole closet full of old clothes from when I was a little skinny mini.  I figured I'll never be that small again so I may as well sell the fun clothes I have before they are completely out of style.

I've also been working like crazy on "The Book".  

Every year Tyler's cousin has me make each of her girls a scrapbook of their lives.  A different girl each year.  This year Ali, the daughter I am on {who happens to be a good friend} has so much stuff that I am actually making TWO scrapbooks for her.  I finished the first one for Christmas and am supposed to have the second one done by Valentine's, but I'm not sure that's gonna happen.  Like I said I'm working like crazy to get it done.  This is a big part of the list!

I also made a guest sign in book for a good friend who's husband suddenly passed away.  It turned out very nice and she was so grateful, here's a picture of the outside:

I've also been collecting all sorts of goodies for the babies room.  This:

is from my mom's house.  I plan on painting it and hanging it somewhere in the babies room.  Probably over the crib.

I also wanted to get my front entryway table decorated, I usually change it out with each season but I don't see that happening for awhile so at least it has something neutral til I get back on my feet:

While working all this fun stuff I found Toms laying in front of the TV like this:

Silly Kid!  He's so great to let me work while he just sits and watches his shows.  I also took a few moments to clean and organize all his toys, again!  It seems like that needs to happen all the time.  It never gets taken off the list, like laundry and dishes.  Always something that needs to be done.
