Why is it you realize your getting old at 2:00 a.m.? I'm not the girl I used to be and I'm not the woman I want to be. Hopefully this year will be better for me as far as my body and overall well being is concerned. I really need to get on the treadmill and wake up before 11:00, good times! Happy Freakin' Birthday to me! Well here's to hoping my husband does something fun for me today. A girl can dream can't she?

Happy Birthday- Remember that you are not a day older, just a day wiser... and one day closer to achieving your goals. Make this year the Big Year! the year that you are going to accomplish your goals. I am also trying to work off the post baby pounds (Ya, that's a big goal to achieve). One thing that i always had a problem w/ on my birthday, was i waited around all day for someone to do something for me... and when that doesn't happen, or it's not as big as i wanted, i get all depresed. Do something for yourself, and anything else that might come your way will just be an added bonus.
