don't do it! I did the weight thing on my blog and then i got preggo and by then it was too late everyone knew my weight and it all went up from there. I didn't even get to say i lost weight.

I hear you on the accountability thing but I'm still to chicken to put it on my blog. I hang out a little at the 3fatchicks dot com website and post my weight etc. there.

On my blog, I just do a "Things that Weigh..." post everytime I lose 10 lbs. I'm HOPING I'll get to do a "Things that Weigh 30 lbs." on my blog in the next week as I'm only 1.5 lbs. away from FINALLY making it to 30 lbs. lost. Slow and steady wins the race. You can do this. Good luck with however you decide to be accountable.

Lola looks angelic! She's just beautiful.

I have recently done the same thing (in terms of changing what I eat) and I feel a lot better. I knew that I would, but getting started was the hardest part. I have lost a little, I still need a long way to go, but it's a start!! Also, what has motivated me A LOT is taking my measurements (I am deathly afraid of the scale) and each week on the same day at around the same time I measure myself (bust, waist, hips and my right thigh) and it's SO FUN to actually see the inches coming off. It makes you want to try harder!
